Leadership

Kirk Adams – Founder

Kirk Adams is a father and an accomplished advocate for economic freedom.   As a small business owner, Kirk knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship.  He has been an effective advocate promoting the free market. First as a volunteer, then later as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives.

Frustrated with excessive spending and the slow pace of economic reforms, Adams launched an unlikely bid for the top leadership position in the House, after only one term in office.  Adams was successful becoming one of the youngest Speakers in Arizona history. As Speaker he authored and passed the largest business tax reduction in Arizona history and negotiated the first structurally balanced budget in five years

Adams is currently chief of staff for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey.

He and his wife JaNae have six children and live in Mesa, Arizona.

Kimberly Wold – President

Kimberly Wold grew up with two sisters in Phoenix, Arizona. Her career includes working as State Director for U.S. Senator Jon Kyl for 16 years. Prior to that, she was the Deputy State Director for Senator Kyl and also worked as the Deputy District Director for Congressman Jon Kyl for eight years. Before her time as a congressional staff member, she was the Public Affairs Program Manager for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.

Kim’s study of English Literature at Brigham Young University inspired her love of travel, reading, gardening, and all things English. Every few years, she continues to take enriching summer school classes at Christ Church College, Oxford University.

Ashley Ragan – Vice President

Ashley began her professional career working for Senator Jon Kyl after finishing school early completing a double major in both political science and business at University of Arizona. Her love of all things political has kept her involved in congressional work in addition to working as the treasurer on Kyl’s Senate campaigns.

Raising three kids in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband, John, has helped broaden her horizons and interests outside of politics. Ashley keeps all of this in check with weekly runs to clear her head.
